A question about GM socketing

I have this ring, yousee and I am willing to pay the 15$ for the socket, there is a catch though, the ring says "Cannot Be socketed any further" it came with 3 sockets and I would like 4 for the radient Jol that I found today.

Would the GM be willing?

Oh, rats thats no good, it's a really nice ring and I had really hoped that this is what the GM socketing thing was for.

GM socketing is for when your too paranoid to let other players socket something and/or no one is alive to do it, also staff have a failure rate of something like 1 in 1,000,000 to socket something. There is no way to overcome a built in Socket cap that is under the usual 6.
