My client hangs at the connection screen, help?

Everytime I have the patches and everything on UO gateway, and I login with my account that the admins created, the screen hangs at the connection, is my client out of date, is there a certain patch I need to patch it to, or what?
  Please help me.

Hello Did you click settings in UOG when you finished putting everything in?  Also try clicking reset patches and see if that helps.
