Housing Prices....

Ok, Just because I don't know if it will work, but I was wondering if someone could tell me how much a couple of house designs would run me.

First Floor House A
Second Floor House A
Third Floor House A

That is the first house, this is the second house below
First Floor House B
Second Floor House B
Third Floor House B

Is anyone able to tell me how much these would cost me to build?  House B is 13x14 and House A is 13x13

i wouldnt be able to give you an exact amount but less than 500k for each im sure.

my 18x18 at 4 levels is about 700k minus deco

You could just get the plot placed and design the house using the builder and find out its exact price, you wont have to commit the design meaning you will have the design all ready and just need to get any remaining funds to build it. You can close the House builder and the design will be auto-saved or that was the case when I built a new 18x36 (2x 18x18s) meaning your time wouldn't have been wasted either.

Thank you both very much, those are great ideas, now just to get the funds up...I'm not even to 100k yet...almost...but I still have a ways to go.

you can also get your first house for free for now until you can gather the funds *smiles*the price list is in basics and what you can get for free *smiles again*
