I froze up and couldn't move for about 60 seconds so i logged off and now i cant get back on, is the shard down?

I'm gonna say it's a possible ISP issue with the server.

Because it wasn't a crash, only a hang up due to ISP errors (seems the most likely event) there should be no loss
