Long has the fae been seperated amongst these lands many of them came from various far away lands only to seperate to the outreaches of these new lands, The fae once a glorious race torn apart and seperated by the wars, But it is time for all fae to once again reunite within thee magical city of Wind, Here we shall gather under our new goverment to build the city that is now our home and to once again rise to the Glory that is the Fae. Within the city you will find the three tribes of the Fae,

The Maithaos,
The first of the Three Faerie Tribes the Maithaos, Translated from the Faerie tonque it means "Good Citizens". Maithaos believe they were created with all the good magics swirling around Wind, as the Daemons are created by all the evil magics. Maithaos strive to continue on in their creation of good and pure. Though some believe their motives are anything but. Some Maithaos will stop at nothing to rid the world of all impurity and darkness. They believe Good can exist without the counterbalance of Evil. Thus they seek to banish all that is unholy and dark. After the Daemons fled to the tunnels and other lands outside of Wind, the Maithaos created their home there. Wind is very sacred to them. Wind is the Faerie holy city. They view the White Marble Buildings as a sign of purity with the city. Maithaos are pure blooded faerie kind, thus making their skin as pale as the marble that surrounds them in the ancestrial city of Wind. Often Maithaos wear light colors to show their purity. Never will a Maithaos touch, nor wear bones of any sort. Bones are greatly taboo as its signs of Necromancy and dark arts. Negative Karma and any activity that brings forth negative karma is also Greatly Taboo for Maithaos citizens. Its also forbidden to tamper with the protective barrier around Wind that only allows magical creatures to enter. Maithaos aren't fond of unmagical or unlearned creatures desecrating their sacred space. Often Maithaos often take proffesions in the holy order, Paladins, Priests, Healers are just a few popular proffesions seen within the Maithaos tribe. They believe that Sa'luna the Pure moon goddess created all, even the lesser gods. They view the Dark moon goddess Seraphina, as the symbol of all that is negative and evil. For she it is thought created Daemons. Aurora the star goddess of magic is rarely prayed to as they dont wish to take there focus off of Sa'luna. Xenthril the sun god of war is rarely prayed to in peaceful times. Dureing times of Crusade or war, often is placed on ranking just below Sa'luna. It is said that Xenthril gave the Maithaos a lesser allergy to iron. that plagues the other 2 tribes greatly. This is why Paladins came to be in the Faerie society.

The Na'du'raos,
The second of the three Faerie tribes is the Na'du'raos tribe. Its name meaning the "Natural Citizens". Na'du'raos do not follow the implied design of the Maithaos, yet live a more solemn and peacefull life. Na'du'raos see themselves as no more nor less special than any other creature naturally created. They believe they weren't unnatually created, but a hastened evolution of some unknown ancestor, brought about by the chaotic magics in wind. They do believe Daemons are unnatural as they tend to command the darker and unnatural spirits of the dead. Much like the Maithaos hatred of the Undead, Na'du'raos find it extremly taboo. Undead are not a natural state of being. Na'du'raos has a free range of laws, their ownly true law is that of Nature and respect for it process. It is unwise to abuse an animal or kill it out of amusement in front of a Na'du'raos. You may spend the rest of your life as a tree. Na'du'raos often make great archers, hunters, farmers, and druids because of their strong connection and understanding of natural order (and chaos). Because of there balance with nature it is common to see the Na'du'raos in earth tone garbs, the leaf greens, fresh tilled earth browns, crystal water blues, and mountain grays. Their skin tends to be a more natural tone for Faerie kind, still pale, but pale one would see in a well polished stone on the shores of a river. Na'du'raos believe in all the gods of traditional Faerie lore.

The Drai'ochtaos,
The third and final of the Faerie tribes is the Drai'ochtaos. The tribe of "Magic Citizens". Drai'ochtaos are known for their quest for knowledge and magic. They are generally the most learned of all the Faerie tribes. They are often removed from most Faerie society because of their acceptance of normal Faerie taboos. It isnt uncommon for a Drai'ochtaos to sit in his or her study and ponder upon a skull, or even more so practice some of the darker arts. Their general acceptance sums from the fact thhat Drai'ochtaos are mostly half blooded faeries, mostly ixed with daemon blood. With this fact the Maithaos as well as the Na'du'raos tend to not treat the Drai'ochtaos that seriously. Drai'ochtaos are, however, are often the strongest mages as well. Their love and thirst for knowledge and magic tends to make them the best mages, and philosophers, librarians, and alchemists. because of their frowned upon ways they tend to disdain most society. They have no real organization amongst the tribe, except the Oracle appointed Grand Magi and the Grand Magi's apprentice. The Drai'ochtaos wear darker colors such as black and dark blues and purples.

All three of these tribes hast come together within our glorious city of Wind and are under thee Tribunal Government that governs our society. The government is made up of 4 diffrent offices, First is thee Oracle, The Oracle is appointed by the fae gods and henceforth appoints elders of the tribes and leads our peaple with knowledge and wisdom. Second is thee Elders, The elders are apointed by the Oracle to lead the tribes. Third is thee Apprentice the Apprentice is apointed by thee elders to learn the ways of an elder to one day take over for that elder when there time is done. And the fourth is thee General Public wich is thee hole of the fae community.
So to all fae we open up to you come rejoin us in our glorious city and join into thee tribe that is your way of life, You may contact our Oracle Abraxys or one of thee Elders, Stroem Safai of the Maithaos tribe or Mina of the Na'du'raos Tribe

Very well put Elder Stroem Safai. We now have a Drai'ochtaos Elder, Raven.  There is much more information on the Culture, Government, and Language of the Fae found in the Library (5315.119.22 Wind)  and the Council Hall  (5311.34.47 Wind).

The first Council meeting of the Fae was a huge success!  This was an impromptu meeting last night.
We have came up with the following laws:
*No Fae should enter a pet in PetWars.
*Name changes to reflect your Governmental status is acceptable.
*The Tribal affiliations of each Fae is public info and can be seen in the Census section of Each Meeting book.
Our Current registered population is 10.

Good job and Thanks on all those who help make Wind and the Fae race Awesome!

*May the stars guide you!*
