I had the idea of possibly setting up a role playing guild where anyone interested in joining would have to make a new character.  You would have the option of keeping your main characters identity secret.  We would have scheduled weekly events.  The main premise behind this guild would be to take our characters to a more traditional uo type setting.  Magic/augmented weapons and jewelry would be allowed, but armor would not.  And you would also be required to wear armor and weapons fitting to your class. Warriors wear plate, archers wear leather, mages wear cloth (maybe leather as well since cloth isnt really a good option).  We would also have a mandatory type uniform, like a specific colored cloak and warriors could wear a sash, mages robes etc.  We would do group hunts that correlate with our skill level and numbers.  As well as train with and against each if everyone was up for it. I really like the idea of classic uo style pvp, as long as it was kept friendly in a controlled environment.

None of this is set in stone I just wanted to throw the idea out there and see if I could get enough people interested.  If you have thoughts or suggestions on how to make this idea better please post them.  If you think this is a great idea and you dont care about specifics PM me on the boards or in game. I would like to keep the role playing

as a side note, I've ran, scheduled events, and maintaned guilds of over 300 people on WoW doing end game raid content, which I know is an entirely different guild setup, but I just wanted to let everyone know I do have successful guild management experience.
Back in early 2000 I also ran a UO guild of about 85+ people. Long live TEK!
